Take a time out to explore something new this week. Find some new spices to cook with, find some artwork to be inspired by, find some great live music. Indulge your senses. Be present and fully awake.
Also do not forget to take a deep breath and relax. Pick up a great book to read. Have a cup of your favorite beverage and watch an uplifting or funny movie. Cloud watch. Daydream. Just be.
Leave the week, whatever it was, behind you for awhile and just take a time out. It is so important to recharge ourselves.
