When we take time to shift life onto pause, we can be much more effective overall.
Meditation is wonderful for stopping our busy minds and giving our brains a break. And that can be super helpful when our lives are very busy or we feel overwhelmed in any way.
Take a deep breath and know you are exactly where you need to be. Just sit and let your thoughts go for a couple of minutes. Let your body be comfortable and relax. Breathe deeply. If any thoughts come up, just let them go and focus on your breath. Stay here for awhile. Just breathe and be.
Even short pauses in our days can be very helpful to clear our thoughts and come at our challenges in new ways.
