We can use our daily walks as a time to be grateful for all that life offers. It is an excellent way to focus on the things we want in our lives, while getting some movement for our bodies – which is always great for us. And when we are grateful, we are focused in on what we love and enjoy – and we get more of whatever we are focused on.
