Take A Break To Be More Effective

Check in with nature this weekend.  What’s happening out there?

Get out and take a deep breath of fresh air.  Take a walk.  If you are fortunate enough to have a park nearby, visit this weekend.  Explore hiking trails.  Find some water to listen to.

Let last week go.  Let the buildup of stress and concern wash away.  Take a break and dust yourself off.  Just be for awhile.

We are much more effective when we take breaks and nature is a great place to let it all go.
