When we think about using affirmations, we often think about the big ones – about our careers, where we live, how we live. We think about overall, general affirmations usually.
But what about the little things? I believe affirmations in the little moments in our lives can be very helpful.
If we are feeling stressed, we can say, “I am calm and able to solve challenges with grace.”
If we are overwhelmed, we can say, “I have balance in my life.”
And if we are simply struggling to get through a moment, we can say, “I’m okay.”
Repeating the affirmations over and over can help us restore ourselves.
Affirmations can be antidotes for everyday stress.
