Some days it seems like everything goes wrong. We focus in on all of the things going wrong and more and more show up. At the end of the day we have a whole list of everything that went wrong today. And because we are focused on all the things that went wrong – we can have a whole week like that. Until we refocus our attitude.
Even while things are going in ways we perceive is “wrong,” we can still find things to be grateful for.
At the end of the day – instead of going over the list of everything that went wrong – ask yourself: What went right today? What do I have to be grateful for today? What are my blessings today? When we focus on our blessings – we see more blessings.
