Pedi, Mani, How About A Medi?

When we want to treat ourselves, what do we do?

A special meal, a trip, flowers?  A manicure or a pedicure?

How about a meditation?  How about treating ourselves to some peace of mind?

Meditation is a treat for us.  Just by sitting still we can tap into a sense of peace.  We can change our whole day up, get a new attitude – find our inner Zen.  Meditation is not just for the moments when we feel challenged – it is also for all the moments we want to spark up our spirits.
