We say we want a lot of things. Good health, loving relationships, a great career. But saying it and thinking it just goes so far.
If we really want it in our lives, we can choose to make a commitment to having it. And making a commitment just goes so far.
If we really want something, we have to do something about it. We have to take action. We have to take steps to get it. And we have to follow through if we want to keep it in our lives.
Everything starts in our thoughts. Our commitment takes it a step further, but action is how we really get to the places we want to be.
