Every week I set new intentions. I look at them daily and adjust when I am getting off track. They help me guide my life in more wonderful ways. They remind me of what is important to me.
Some weeks my intentions come easily to me. An intention of: Find calm and live there – can be very good on weeks that I have a lot to get done. An intention of: Heal and feel better – can be very good on weeks when I need a reminder to take good care of myself. And an intention of: Find some fun and play – can be great any week.
Intentions can be very helpful. When we intend – we make a commitment. And whenever we make a commitment, we create new possibilities for ourselves.
