Have you exercised your imagination lately? If we can imagine something, we can manifest it in our lives. It’s the simple law of attraction. So our imaginations are very important in getting what we want.
If we can’t imagine it, it’s really challenging to get it.
To exercise your imagination, get comfortable. Lie down or sitting – whatever is comfortable for you. Take a couple of deep breaths and let your muscles relax. Count down from 5, relaxing more with each count. If you feel any tension in your body or mind, relax that area. You can even say to yourself, “Shoulders, relax.”
Once you are comfortable and relaxed, begin to direct your mind. Take it a step at a time. Where would you like to be right now? Where would you love to live? Go there in your mind. Even if you don’t see pictures, think of how it would feel to live there.
What would you like to do there? What would your day look like? What would you do for work? What would you do for play? Who would you hang out with? How would you look? What would you wear?
Explore a dream day in your imagination. You can edit it any way you want – it’s your dream day.
When you are finished, begin to move your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes. Take one last deep cleansing breath.
If you can imagine it, you are making it a possibility. Have fun with your imagination. Have fun with your life.
