Let’s take a little inventory of our habits this weekend.
How did we do a great job at taking care of ourselves this week? How did we fall a little short of our self-care habits?
What can we do to improve? What wonderful habit could we add?
Think about how you take care of yourself – spirit, mind and body. Are you meditating and/or praying? Are you connecting with the Divine? Are you giving your brain things to learn? Are you expanding your horizons? And are you physically taking good care of yourself? Are you eating, sleeping and moving your body?
Put yourself on your own schedule next week. When we take excellent care of ourselves, we can take excellent care of others too. It’s very important to treat ourselves with care.
