STOP!

Stop right here!

Take a deep breath in……and release.  Let your shoulders drop.  Let your head fall side to side – stretch out your neck.  Raise your arms over your head and stretch out – stay here for a moment and really reach up.  Another deep breath in….and release.  Be fully aware in this moment.  It’s all okay.  Just breathe for a few moments.

Remember to stop and refocus throughout your day.  It’s a great way to savor your moments.
