Are you worried? Are you stressed? If you are having thoughts that you do not enjoy – you will see more of them appear in your life.
Are you happy? Are you joyful? If you are having thoughts that you do enjoy – you will see more of them appear in your life.
It is true that it is not about what happens to us, but how we perceive and judge what happens to us, that really counts. So if we take that event or issue that we are stressing about – and just look at it differently – we can change everything up for ourselves. We can begin to breathe a little easier and have less stress. And when we are not so focused on our stress, we see less of it appear in our lives.
When we take a joyful issue and think more about it – we see more joy appear in our lives.
