Disrupt Your Life

This is a reminder to shake up your routine and your thoughts if things are getting stale.  When our lives get busy and we start working on auto-pilot – we can stop for a moment and regroup.  When our lives seem dull and lackluster – we can stop and regroup.

A quick way to shake things up is to disrupt our own thoughts.  Our thinking can become automatic when we are in a routine.  We can stop and take note of our thoughts.  We can find something completely new and different to think about.

The world is a big place and there are lots of things to explore.  Find something new, positive and fun to disrupt your thoughts today.
