Don’t Overthink It

We have a lot of thoughts about a lot of things every single day.  We think.  In fact, sometimes we even over-think.  Sometimes we allow our minds to wrap around a thought, whether true or not – and we cycle that thought over and over.  Even when the thought gets us nowhere but stuck right where we are.

If you feel stuck in a rut, caught up in a cycle, overwhelmed or stressed – look at your thoughts.  Take the time to listen to them consciously.  Are you recycling the same thoughts?

Take the time to get quiet within and listen to your heart.  What does your heart have to say about all of this?  What are your heart’s thoughts?  Listen to your heart.  Ask it questions.  You have all of your own answers within.
