Daydreaming Has Benefits

Daydreaming can be really helpful for us.

When we relax and open our minds – we can receive wonderful messages, visions and ideas.

Take a little time today to sit back and relax your spirit, mind and body.  Be quiet and do not try to direct your thoughts.  Just let them go as they come up.  Pretend that you are watching a movie as your thoughts go past.  Just relax.

Daydreaming can teach us a lot about what we want.
