We find inner peace within ourselves. We can get to our inner peace by going within. With meditation or prayer.
Sounds so easy. But as beginners it can feel very challenging to quiet ourselves and be still. Our minds want to go in a hundred different directions. We have so much to think about.
Meditation and/or prayer is a practice. It is something that we become better at as we practice more. It may not feel comfortable when we first begin doing it, but it will become like an old friend as we practice. It gets a lot easier. And then it becomes perfectly peaceful.
Commit to practice meditation or prayer. Find your inner peace.
