Sometimes we have to look pretty hard to find the beauty around us. Sometimes it is right there in front of us, but when we are stressed or fearful – it can be challenging to find.
There is always something beautiful around. There is always something to be grateful for. We can choose to focus our attention on the beauty instead of the stress. We can choose to be thankful for everything we have right now.
The great thing about this is that the more we look for the beauty – the more practice we get in looking for things we can be grateful for – the more beauty we will find in our lives.
Take a deep breath and let it go. Look around for some beauty today. Be grateful. It’s a wonderful way to raise our spirits.
