Explore Things You Didn’t Think You Could Do

It is important to take regular, loving breaks for ourselves.  But it is also important to balance that out with regular, loving activities for ourselves.  If all we ever did was sit on the park bench, our lives may soon feel flat and uninspiring.

We can provide new activities and experiences for ourselves whenever we are ready for them.  We can make them exciting, like water skiing, snow boarding, mountain biking or even bungee jumping.  We can hike up a trail and find a waterfall.  Let’s start to think about doing things we never thought about doing before.  We can have an open mind and when something feels exciting and right to us, we can pursue it.

Start exploring things that you never thought you could do.  It can add excitement whenever your life feels a little flat.
