Are You Doing What You WANT To Do?

Are you overwhelmed, overworked or stressed out?  It does you, or anyone around you, no good to be frazzled.  But what can you do?  There’s so much to take care of.

How much of your day is spent doing what you want to do?  How much is spent doing what others want you to do?  How do you feel about how you spend your days?  When we are doing what we love to do, we don’t mind doing it at all.  It doesn’t stress us out or overwhelm us.  We are energized by the work and things we love to do.  However, we often can feel resentment while doing things others think we “should” be doing.  What you find fulfilling is important.

How can you incorporate more of what you want to do into your day?
