When we are stressed and tired of struggling to find answers – what is the best thing to do? It can feel like the more we try to find the answers to our challenges, the farther away we can feel from them. The more we struggle, the less we find solutions. And the more we wear ourselves out – stress ourselves out.
Stop struggling. Stop looking for answers. Just put it all on pause. If you find yourself still thinking about it – find a distraction. Get creative. Make something, take a walk, take some photos – call a friend. Stop thinking about it for awhile.
It is often when we let it go that the amazing solutions come to us.
