Affirmations are very powerful tools for getting what we want. An affirmation is a statement of how we want things to be. We create affirmations in the present tense – as if it has already happened.
We know that we get more of whatever we are focused on – this puts our focus on what we want.
We must be careful with our affirmations and be sure we are ready for them. If we want something that would cause a drastic change in our lives, we need to be willing and ready for what we want. It’s good to think our affirmations through.

I have a wonderful job that I love to do every day.
I am in great shape and I love to exercise.
My relationships are loving and connected.
