Stick To Your Schedule

Sticking to your schedule can have a lot of benefits.  Especially when you are feeling challenged.  Doing things that are familiar and routine can help keep some stability in your life, even when things feel off kilter.

Most of us feel better when we get up, get dressed, brush our teeth, and have a healthy meal.  Our healthy habits add a lot to our lives, but they also help us feel better and have better attitudes – and that helps us be more effective in life.

Many times, when we don’t feel so great, it’s these basic things we do for ourselves that we forget.  But when we feel challenged, that is the time to keep up our healthy habits.  Neglecting ourselves can be dangerous for our health and our attitudes.

Sticking to our schedules and following through on all of our healthy habits can help us every single day.
