Have A Fresh Start

A fresh start sounds good. When we are rushing through our lives and not being fully attentive to ourselves, we can accumulate a lot of stress, worry and other heavy emotions. A fresh start sets us free from all of that.

We can have a fresh start every single day if we want to. When we go to bed at night we can purposely and mindfully let go of everything that happened that day. All of the events, our feelings, our actions and reactions – we can let it all go every night. We can choose to keep all of the loving things that happened. We can choose to let go of all of the less than loving things that happened.

When we do this, we can wake up with a fresh start – a clean slate. We can be ready for the new day and grateful for all of the love we carry over from our past days.
